Oh Liz, that was cruel!! What a delightful pastry case. I have a hard enough time keeping the scales from creeping up.....if I lived near a place like that, there would be no hope at all!!((hugs)) Rosie
Pizza and beer are definitely a weakness for me. :) I've been cutting carbs, too, and although I don't miss much, I do miss the occasional warm gooey donut. Happy weekend!
shoot... i SO need a donut! :)happy... happy friday to you
Yummy,Have a great weekendTake care,Lisa
I sincerely doubt that there is anything in my pantry that is going to satisfy my pastry craving after seeing that picture. Something sweet, fluffy, crunch, creamy...Ugh...Gonna have to hit the bakery. My thighs and bottom thank you.
I gained five pounds last month; in one month. That's sixty pounds a year if I keep going at that rate. You are tempting me something terrible. Like Rosie says, "Your are cruel, Liz."Happy weekend. Kathi
What a delicious photo!Have a wonderful weekend!
ahhhhh carbs......how i love pizza and cakes!the doughnuts over here in the U.K are so dull compared to yours - as for the price of pizza and beer - i think we may be moving overseas ;)much love to your Mabel from my Mabel(who approves of the critter eating - go Mabel!!)t x
Hi to Mabel and her family. I found your blog here:http://darkoakwoman.blogspot.com/and I just love it. I've been reading and looking at photos all morning. I love your house (I had a 50s ranch before marrying my husband and buying our current hourse.) And my dog Sophie squishes down my sofa cushions just like Mabel does with yours. I have to stop reading now and go do my grocery shopping, but I'll be back. Have a great weekend. --Susan @ Blackberry Creek
Okay, my mouth is watering!Have a delicious weekend!Becky
LOL! Everything in New York is just better...but I do love my Dunkin Donuts...
Well thank goodness I didn't see this post earlier, before lunch! I did however, need to fill my craving for the pound cake you showed in the previous post. My dear hubs made it yesterday and we had strawberry shortcake! Not sure if you should get a cut from good 'ol Betty Crocker.
Those do not look nearly as good as the ones in the Bakery just below me. =o) I know see how America has changed some things. But oh, how the real thing is so much better. They do look good though.
